BiOS joins the battle!

A robot assigned to guard the laboratory, BiOS awakens to do what he was programmed to do, ready to eliminate all threats...
While still in draft phase, I'm releasing BiOS as a fully working character! He's probably my favorite character to play as so far, with his rushdown playstyle, overwhelming frame data and flashy combos. I hope you all enjoy!
